Got an Official Job offer from that interview last Saturday last night.
100% Commission based pay scale : here's the money- New Deals: based on How much Money is made to the company based on each deal:
30% Signing Bonus up front + 10% per Month until they stop using us.
or
25% Per month.
at any Time I can Sell back to the company an account for 30x what they bring into the company.
*best case scenarios* so if it's a $5,000 : A) 1500 up front + 75 a month or B) 150 per month. Selling back to the company: 150,000
All sites add on to the monthly payments - but There's a potential to go months without income and get behind on bills.
What's the average length a customer stays with the company currently?

the two things that cause the most distress in life are bad health and lack of money.
you need to rely on the opposite of both of those for a controllable life.

@JaredBusch All the movies we ripped are still in .mkv files. I want to compress them to conserve storage in my Plex library but can't make up my mind on what I want to end up with.

Speaking of this: had a call with the interviewers boss, and they are working on getting something set up so I can move to them, and have money to pay bills, etc.

I've heard of that - basically a salary to start, then move to full on sales after 3-6 months when you should have a few clients under your belt, otherwise you're gone.

that's the Idea. "Ok we'll give you what you're sales goals should be to start 5k a month. after 3-6 if you're not preforming to that level, you lack the drive to get sales."

Possibly, I'll have time to build more IT Skills cause my work day will be done around 4:00 pm (most business owners aren't sticking around or are way too busy after 4)
