Dealing with more printers and cups, specifically the PTB want everyone to print to a mailbox and then have to walk to the printer, find their job and submit it to print.
I've got the process down to make this change on the printers, but to our users idk how well that's going to work out.
We've had that feature for more than 12 years, but no one cared... once we got our new machines - I recalled people bitching that other people were 'taking their print jobs' so I showed them 'print to box.' At first only 3 people took it, within 2 weeks, the entire department took it.

Dealing with an issue who was moving en-mass email folders containing hundred's of emails each and they "disappeared". Can't find em or search for em anywhere. Meaning I have to restore the mailbox.
Yay; happy monday!

We are dealing with civil unrest and looking into evacuating staff. Whole new level of excitement when working for NTG.

Oh now I see what @scottalanmiller is saying. NTG is dealing with having employees in an unstable part of the world and is trying to figure out if evacuation is possible/reasonable.

Does everyone else agree that Reply All on pointless emails is the devils work. . . I've gotten no less than 10 responses to something that matters not, and I'm about to create a rule to deal with it. .

Trying to explain how to recall an email to the editor of our company newsletter. This pumpkin carving contest reminder slipped past the whole group.

OMG, lol. Can't likely recall unless that editor is on an internal Exchange server with you, then you have a small chance if he never checks his email.
