Is this error related to selinux when trying to run an update in Nextcloud?
-
@brandon220 what are the permissions set to on those folders?
-
Dealing with a potential Spectrum Business phone outage - some of our lines work and some result in either a busy signal or a "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time" message. Tried chatting with support and am currently number 70 in the queue - looks like we are not alone!

Yes. Unless you give the entire nextcloud folder httpd_rw permission you have to turn it off for an upgrade.
That one reason that I always upgrade this way.

We had to restart phone modems at two of our Comcast sites this morning. Could be related. Dunno

@DustinB3403 The defaults after the install following @JaredBusch guide. Did not alter the config.
-
@JaredBusch I will try it that way. Seems to be a more safe way of performing that task anyway.

@travisdh1 So what was your reason for going with Wasabi? VS something like Backblaze?
It's my home lab, so testing before I make any professional recommendations.

Crashed server. Restoring from backup. Success!

Becoming familiar with One Identity Password Manager.

What's with all of the CompTIA+ training videos lately?

I was going to ask the same thing.
when I started here I was told that was the most ridiculous course to take and people were actually dumber after taking it. -

I was curious as well. Since the mantra of "A+ is not for IT" is often trumpeted here.

About to hit the atrium for some coffee.

Four people going through the whole series together, so a lot of activity.
@connorsoliver @mary @nathaly28 @Karlita are all working through them as a team.

Because it's a discussion. That's how people talk about the topic and ask questions.
-
It's the current intern crop, yes.

I don't know if posting 100 CompTIA+ videos blindly without any sort of words attached makes it a discussion.
If anything the discussion is why in the hell are we being spammed?
-
And it is spam, as my email is blowing up with "Mangolassi.it topic posted CompTIA+ blah blah blah"
There is no other way to explain it, especially as there is no conversation on the videos except for a few of them at this point. Would've been a nice heads up, even in the channel that "Hey we've got a new batch of interns and we'll be posting some videos they need to watch, sorry for the spam".
