If you have seen the famous big fortress that they show, I've been all through that. It is a city in Croatia on the coast.

I used a HTML comment to make a note in our ticket system, (because I wanted it to stand out from the other comments.. )and now I cant find that comment.
It shows that I have 3 comments on the ticket but only 2 are seen in the ticket. -

It shows that I have 3 comments on the ticket but only 2 are seen in the ticket.Because it's an HTML comment... your browser isn't going to show it on the screen... but you might be able to view source or inspect element to find it.

Correct, the purpose of a comment is to not be displayed. That's it's only purpose.
