@siringo the younger one with glasses is Luciana, she looks a lot like me. Liesl, the older one without glasses, is the spitting image of my mother.

Had customer call in about seeing guest checks from previous days/weeks for error/needing to print it out for customer etc, and They didnt have access. Emailed his boss at corporate - and they opened a call last week that was marked as finished and taken care of by another colleague of mine. well... This is awkward - Finish up my end and get it all kosher... Talk to my colleague about it and he says " I must have been rushing through it and not paying attention.." Im not the boss but come on man...

 Having some coffee.

@scottalanmiller said in What Are You Doing Right Now: Having some coffee. Just got off a 45 minute support call. The license for some software on one server went crazy today after a windows update broke it. Snapshot restore didn't fix it. Also learned I should probably set the backup job to not start if it was missed. The system rebooted and made a new backup after I had restored it to a previous snapshot... and this being Windows Server backup to a network share, it ate my only backup, lol. Fortunately the vendor was able to get me going again. Edit: Now working on coffee!
