Turned us down for healthcare because they screwed up the instructions and mis-processed all of our documents.

The funny part is that they likely do use Polycom.

Man the state of Texas' systems are terrible. All of their processes are so screwed up and they have no means of fixing things that they mess up. It's a disaster.

Probably not. This is my first environment where there's been a support contract with Microsoft.
