new years eve plans are the same as most other years. say awake until about 10:30pm, go to bed fall asleep and be woken up at midnight by fireworks.
get up look at fireworks and get back to sleep at about 1ish.

WTF are you talking about? It is instructions to download their cert so that their packages can show valid SSL. THis is a normal process when a business wants to push a non-public CA onto workstations.
