                            Supports "all others" seems like a pretty unreasonable claim considering they were only able to list a single one correctly as it was. Someone who doesn't know even two filesystem names is unlikely to figure out how to support all possible ones.

                                            Yep, that's a real drag.

                                            This is what I've found works well for me. Go to bed with an empty bladder, don't drink anything 45 minutes before going to bed. No phones or tablets before going to bed. No caffeine after 3pm. Fresh air into the room where you sleep. Don't allow yourself to get too hot in bed. Exercise when possible.

                                            Alcohol does not work well with sleep. I'm a bit rusty here, but alcohol converts into carbs, the higher the alcoholic content the more carbs. Carbs give you energy, this is essentially why alcohol stuffs up your sleep, you're trying to sleep as your body is creating energy for you.

                                            You could also try staying up later. Good luck with it.
