Yeah, that is a hot mess. I had a fuck of a time getting Hyper-V Server 2016 downloaded a month ago.
Opening the browser in porn mode will sometimes get the 2016 data to show.

Shipped out that PC i had to rebuild the drives on to go back on site: talking to the on site tech who is telling me it wont boot, and there was damage to the box and the Case: . . .
