It's amazing. The Spanish think that they are poor. Americans think that they are poor. But everyone I talk to here seems to be living much better than everyone back home. Life is GOOD here.

Everyone has nice cars, nice houses, has amazing fresh food, goes out to nice restaurants, has short working days, has nice weather, has beautiful scenery, has great social services. It's a good life.

I've heard that if you buy a house here worth a quarter million Euros or more (which is pretty cheap compared to Canadian housing) that Spain will just give you citizenship for it!
