What Are You Doing Right Now

I use 5k lights everywhere in my house.
I hate anything but full daylight color.
Doesn’t mean you have to be a billion lumens.
-
I turned off the overhead lights in my office like 6 years ago, turned on the under cabinet lights. They are still above eye level, but much less bright than the overhead lights.
People think I like to work in the dark now. But at least the eye strain is lower.

I use/have LED lighting throughout my house with LED dimmers, works incredibly well and it's simple yet reliable.
-
@dustinb3403 okay yeah that sounds great. I will look into that, thanks a lot!

We don't use the high powered stuff here. Our TV room is good enough you can read comfortably in any corner of the room... and yes, it has to be white light. I can't stand the brown or yellowish colors. I'll replace bulbs when they start doing that.

@wrcombs they changed all the lighting here to these super bright LED's so even my dark little hole is lit brighter than the sun
Not so conducive for work. Bright lights are for factory workers. Dim lights are for white collar workers with screens.
I put in some adjustable LED strips in my office and have really helped with reducing my eye strain. I actually believe that it has reduced the frequency of my headaches.
This, if I could do diffused accent lights in my office that would be phenomenal.

Bias lighting is an actual thing, and does reduce eye strain.
