@kelly that's what scale care is for. We can concentrate on running and sorting the VM's out. If we have an issue scale are on hand to look "under the hood"

Wondering why this Dell SMB rep took it upon himself (without asking) to use my reward dollars to send me a monitor I don't want or need. He did it a month ago and sent me a printer. I am sending this one back and demanding a refund.

Keep it and demand a refund. Unsolicited items showing up at your location are gifts. Escalate the call above them and get your credits back, while keeping the shiny, new, free monitor that they're obviously sending out as a promotional item.

Good plan. I was just sharing the mistake I'd made. I opted to skip Scale Care assuming that we would be able to handle it in house. Was a bit of a surprise.

I'd be reporting him for that... Unless they let you keep the screen and get your credits back.

I'm enjoying a day of rain after several upper 90's days (upper 30's for those not crazy enough to be on farenheit). We don't get much here in CO, and this is a nice change.

SMBv2/v3 on Windows is apparently mine. . . there are known issues on all sides (from Apple to Windows) of constant file locks for no "known" reason.

We haven't had any substantial rain in Rochester for 2 weeks. I think they've declared a moderate drought for the area today at noon.
