So my account has been locked again (no I haven't posted over there in a long time or PM'd anyone either).
The issue we have a client that uses their helpdesk system and now can't get into it..... ideas (can I just create another account or will they ding me cause same IP address as my old one?).

Nope, they are fine. I can't get in to it to look at tickets assigned to me or my team Gene can get in at least.

Nope, they are fine. I can't get into it to look at tickets assigned to me or my team Gene can get in at least.
Found a workaround. It is def. my IP that is blocked. I can get in via 4g on a mobile device.

Need a sanity check before i band my head on the desk.
If we have a WildCard SSL Cert for *.mydomain.com
I've downloaded the X.509.crt and the apache.crt (i.e. Intermediate CA) am i right in thinking we should have a mydomain.com.key file?????
We didn't purchase the cert, but i should be able to use the Certs + Key file on any server???? or do i need to generate a new key file per server?
