Normally we do about 6pm in Rochester I have a local pub I use. In Syracuse @Mike-Davis's employer allows us to use their conference room

I think I am going to try and do something on a Saturday and see how it goes. I hear this so much because most people drive hours to get to the Rochester Spicecorps.
It's 1.5-2 hours to Rochester for me...

How can you be a "network administrator" and not know what a Cisco Console cable is? I asked him how he ever did initial switch/router config without one he said he just uses the web interface for everything on his network. Faceplam.
