Last I looked it said the following:
"If you use assistive technology on Windows, you are eligible for the upgrade offer", So the question is, what does that mean?

I will just say that Keyboard Shortcuts are Assistive Tech according to MS.

Try to find a computer that does not qualify. They made this list on purpose I believe to get the most people on Win10 as possible after their first freebie offering. I mean, they include things like changing font sizes as Assistive Tech. -

Anybody using a computer(basically) qualifies.Not really, I just not going to start a debate if it is right or wrong (morally). But if that is your take is up to you.
You don't need to - you can ask Scott - plus there are many pages of this discussion from the past year.

That was the point. They want everyone on Win 10
Yet they wanted the stupid stock holders to think they killed the free upgrade.
But they (MS) have killed the free upgrade for assistive tech at the end of the year.
