They are still paying you for all of this downtime, right?
It's not downtime, I'm "working". But getting paid seems to be a problem.
Are you working/willing to work because of the expected Stock payoffs, etc?
I'm willing to work because refusing to pay salaries as a foreign company is extremely prosecutable in court.
Sure, until the company goes bankrupt, then you're just out.

If you need/want a physical fax, I use t38fax.com for my SIP provider for faxing.

Today began with a Comcast outage. Luckily stuff seemed to be back up in 30 minutes rather than the 4 hours noted on their support IVR.
