From what she's describe to me she's having problems accessing the Internet, but I don't have any real idea of the problem until I look at it. I do remember helping her a few years ago and upon arrival found that stuff was configured to where one of the desktops in the store had a public IP address.
The problem is it's a tiny business relying on the telco for IT.

@scottalanmiller Spiceworks has been plenty active I can tell you that for sure. But from time to time the text editor takes a while to load and that has been happening for the last three days or so.
