Just got back from the gym...
It's so much easier not to go, but feels a lot better after you do.
I didn't go at all last week. Not because I was lazy, more so of lack of good opportunity. Hopefully this week I'll get more opportunity.
For a while I was actually a personal trainer. Sadly my being in shape has fell to the way side with my two jobs but eventually maybe a few months down the road I'll get back in shape. It's well worth it, you are 100% right.
A sit Stand desk would be ideal.. but - I didn't build that... of course you could go with a hamster wheel...
Lol nah. I'll wait out the few months of life being crazy and then I'll get back into lifting like I used to. It'll be fine.

I try to walk some - difficult to do when you need to be close enough to answer the phone. But- I have an elliptical here - so I use that as best I can.

We don't have near enough space for that. But my apartment complex has a nice weight set in the gym so once things calm down a bit I plan on using that more. (even has an olympic bench and a squat rack, don't think they realize that they should really have a legal sign off to use those but fine by me!)

Wrestling with Twilio on my Freepbx test. The best I can see I've replicated a working configuration, yet can't terminate calls. Eventually I'll stumble on what's different.

Yeah. His guide is for using voip.ms. Twilio plays a bit differently (read "more frustrating"). I got a successful config going once before. I'm trying to replicate it.

Did I miss the beginning of the apocalypse? Is it suddenly the season of death, despair, and illness? WTF is coming next??? I need a drink.

Dang.... It's not just you: My mother is in the hospital, my sister is as well, bass player from the Fallen is having emergency surgery right now, another friend had a heart attack yesterday.
