Next up is how to get signed into outlook.
/sighYou can do all of that through GPO. I disabled the startup wizard(s) in Outlook to only use domain accounts and disable the automatic prompting. A first time user clicks on the outlook icon and it loads their inbox with NO prompting.

Not in this case. this is in a 3rd party hosted RDP session. I have no access to anything except the user's desktop space.

The employer portion?

@scottalanmiller yup, but the employer is out of state... So I have to find someone, notary maybe, to fill it out.

@scottalanmiller librarians were on the list the employer gave as acceptable, but the ones at my local library looked at me like I was asking complex physics questions at gun point.... Fun stuff

As they should. That makes NO sense. Librarians have no special qualifications or training. From a legal standpoint, they have no more authority to do that than your mom or a grocery store cashier or a cat. Why your employer would tell you that you need something special, then send you to a totally random person is a bit mental. Why not to an auto-mechanic or stripper?

When I have someone who is out of state do it. I have them get notarized copies of each item (if I don't know them if I do I just have them send it all to me and i fill it out).

@scottalanmiller I use WSUS to control over 6 locations we have. GPOs are great but with Windows 10 Pro reboots and installation of updates are overwritten by what Microsoft pushes and do not honor The GPOs while with WSUS i can control the updates and reboot times. You can also test upgrades before you can deploy them. It also helps to deploy upgrades instead of going computer by computer.
Admittedly for SMB though automatic updates would suffice.
