That's my stance at the moment, there is a hodgepodge of equipment in place currently, and while I could certainly go out get hardware and install xs to it, I don't know if it's worth the overhead for this organization.

Plus im still evaluating my options, Scale has a compelling argument for the solution.

Well, let's be honest here. I wouldn't expect a bench tech to sit down and get 3 XenServer instances setup in a fail over cluster with a good web gui management interface on top, but I would expect a bench tech to be able to plug in a @scale cluster.
