Well, looks like the Windows 10 creator update is coming my way.
It's worth noting that if you mess up your settings (2/3) after clicking Review settings on the first screen, that there is a Back button on the last screen(3/3). -
Also, if you cancel the "Privacy review", you won't be asked again. You'll have to go through every setting yourself.
Screen two of the above has 5 settings.Interestingly enough, I had Mrs nadnerB login to the same PC and she wasn't prompted for the review.

I would also recommend, just because I've found it extremely useful, the UNIX and Linux System Administration Handbook
Not sure if it will cover everything but it does a good job of explaining things in an easy to read and understand format.
