yea,.. wow... The building I worked in years ago had the GenSet in the basement. With no external fuel storage. They had to haul it in in 5gal cans to fill the 100gal tank.
So glad I was not on that detail.

Making a stupid list of parts I need to get to repair two toilets.. Dang this is getting ridiculous.. . I have repaired or completely gutted all three toilets at least twice each in eleven years. Unheard of in my years....

Happened to us in a Texas. Always a toilet breaking there.

Thing is - My grandfather did well and septic, my uncle and cousin took over that business - Yes, we are talking well water and another state... but in all my years of experience with that, and treated water (city) I have never seen failures like this. The county also stated that the acceptable range of water pressure is 30-110PSI... a pretty wide range.
