Caffeine hangover! I suppose that if someone's going to have a substance abuse issue, this one isn't such a bad one to have.

I'm pretty sure that alcohol is better. Caffeine causes heart damage. And higher stress.

For the physical body, that may be true. But for the other side affects that is certainly not true.

Yup. Caffeine is also shown to help prevent some forms of cancer though. It also saved me today! My Fujitsu 5 Hour Energy from Spiceworld 2013 was used this morning, when I woke up half an hour past when I was supposed to be at work! AAHH! My Support Manager was completely chill about it though and after I phoned to let him know I was on my way, didn't mention another word of it the rest of the day.
