Right, caffeine is a net loss to energy. You get more energy right away but the crash afterwards costs you more than you gained. Overall, it takes a toll on your system.

Same here. If they did that, I'd never stop drinking it.

One good thing is in the US I need cream in my coffee, but not in Europe. So my coffee is healthier here.
