Just closed a ticket.
User (based in my city) was visiting another city and chatting with the IT staff there. Casually mentions:
"oh, yeah, I haven't had a working LAN connection for about two weeks"
WHY YOU NO FILE TICKET TWO WEEKS AGO
-

Today has been another completely crazy day of traffic around ML! This is very exciting. At the current rate, this thread will hit the half million views mark over the coming weekend!! That's pretty crazy.
Getting caught up on ML now as I was out all day. Just about to get into bed.

@Dominica has been hunting for apartments in España. We have our flights booked now for me getting to Florida (and getting a day in Walt Disney World) and then flying to Ireland for a day, then to Madrid and then down to Malaga where we will rent our car. At least that is the current plan.
Working on a trip to Norway now too. So exciting. Just a week in Norway during the summer, but I am super excited as I have never been to Scandanavia at all.

Good night everyone. Getting late here. TGIF.

What about using a CRM tool? That is what we do.
