Ouch. It's usually that hot here in August, but this summer has been odd. June and July were brutal, with a record number of consecutive days over 90F, but August has been almost bearable. It's usually the other way around, in August you walk outside in the morning and want to die. I'm ready for the cooler autumn weather already.

ATL had like 50 or so days above 90F in a row this year. But the last week or two has been not so bad.

ATL had like 50 or so days above 90F in a row this year. But the last week or two has been not so bad.
I guess a constant high temperature is ok, more or less, but we got crazy changes here... that, and humidities of >= 50% ...

Agreed, why not a more normal Linux like Ubuntu or CentOS?

@Dashrender I've used it as a server base for years and never had any problems. Given I've never done it in a work environment but I find it's ease of use and familiar GUI quite refreshing. I love running a mint (server) @ home.
