I am buried in zero day, docm attachments in the spam filter. All have the subject "Payment Reciept" and all come from "donotreply@______". Also, our CRM is down, so nobody can clock in or create call logs. Yay, Friday!

CRM is back up, the tide of spam has subsided to a degree, WAN failover has been successfully configured and tested... nothing left to do now but go home and drink!
