I feel like absolute death right now. I may need to go to urget care
That's not good. What's wrong?
So it turns out I have extremely high blood pressure. I have to go on medication temporarily and make a very serious change to my lifestyle--eating habits, exercise, everything. I feel okay today.
Ah... good luck with that. I have been borderline for a few years now. Enough to worry about but not enough for medication yet. Genetics got the better of me.
I don't think I'm going to need to be on meds forever. I just need maybe a year of eating healthy. I don't want to be on medication for the rest of my life. My fiance is being a food nazi now, not that I can blame her. It's like she wants me alive or something.
Ugh that's the worst. I hate eating healthy. From my cardiologist exercise is a bigger deal then eating healthy. 30 minutes of hard breathing a day at a minimum is what he recommends.
Mine said 3 days a week at least 30 minutes. The eating is more my fiance than my doctor. Idk how I would react if she were in my position though. I feel bad.

I'm actually thinking of starting a IT Tech work out program.
Motivation to get away from tech is such a huge hurdle for me, constantly wanting to tinker / play, when I really should go and push some weight or jog etc.
Anyone in the Rochester region interested?

So a bunch of my users just move their computers themselves around with them when they move to new offices. The reasoning behind this is e-mail syncing problems. I've noticed that there is a reasonably big (maybe 30 mins - 1 hr) interval for Active Directory to Sync with our Hosted Exchange. Is this commonplace? Seems crazy to me.

Why do they move them around themselves and, even if they do, how does that cause issues?

Chuck Lorre is creating a new Netflix Sitcom about a Marijuana distributor in LA... I really hope it isn't as brain dead as his last two.
-
Upgrading my main PC to Win10...I took an image of the SSD this morning just in case, but several businesses I've worked with have moved onto it and I'm falling behind on basic stuff because of how it's all moved etc...we'll see what happens...
-
in the last few weeks we've had a run of repairs.
- New Washer/dryer
- Truck repair
- Roof repair (now)
I can hear the hammers swinging.
-
I've got a repair guy heading out to my house in Peekskill today, I think. Lots of repair work to be done. Ugh.

What do you mean sync?
Our hosted exchange requires us to install ADSync on our primary domain to sync with the remote exchange server.

That's not recommended. Even on Office 365 (the only hosted Exchange anyone should consider.)
