Looks more like a heart shaped pepper to me... or maybe a carrot. But that is quite exciting.

You must have replied before I fixed it.
Next batch he is making with the Carolina Reaper. I think I'll steer clear of that one.

I've never pickled before, but everyone says they are so much better than the store brand stuff..

You have to lacto-ferment them (instead of using a vinegar brine) to get that crisp texture, like a Kosher pickle.

Set up a new Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa VM and installed a radio logging program. trying to determine if I like it or not.
Ordered more parts from Adafruit and Amazon. AM OnCall tonight while the NTG main office prepares for a staff relocation and setting things up for Field day this weekend... Yay -Me... .. It'll be in the 90's F and muggy.
