I hear apple cider helps with that. (Rub it on the sunburn, that is).

I was thinking more along the lines of Tequila (Don't rub it on the sunburn, that is).

When that happens to me I typically get pretty sick.

@Dashrender That is sun poisoning, I've never been out that long in the sun to get that burnt, but I've been pretty burnt.
We "as in the human race" should really get into using sunscreen way more often. Melanoma is not something to be taken lightly.

Especially if you're white, evolutionarily honkies are honkies because of lack of sun, the idea that more sun is therefore better is... I'm not even sure, it's deadly radiation people. Stay out of the sun!

Cat came home with some fleas so we had to give him a flea bath. The look of complete betrayal is real.

My father-in-law works in agriculture. He gets Melanoma treatment, some form of medicine that burns the cancer/first few layers of skin, once a year. He is in rough shape for two or three weeks as it heals back. Makes me want to bathe in sunscreen before going outside.

Luckily I've only been burnt that bad about 3 times. During my recent I'm old now physical, the doc said I had the fewest number of moles, skin stuffs he's seen in a long time.. meaning I don't get much actual sun.

One of the advantages to working in IT I suppose.

That's not good. I just get a little soar to the touch. Feel a little warm, nothing bad.

Ditto, I'd rather take a supplement and avoid the radiation. You can get Vitamin D from exposure to Alpha rays too, doesn't make them good for you.

Son of a bitch, forgot my vitamins today....
-
I'm supposed to take vitamin D... I really need to figure out a good system to remember that stuff.
-
Anyone use GFI Mailessentials? It's Monday. Great.

The bottle sits next to my phone at work.
