My great aunt just passed away. She was quite old, and had a good life. This is the last of her generation that I was close to on that side of the family. She was the youngest of my grandmother's siblings. My grandmother went over a decade ago. My grandfather's side likely has people still around, he had tons of siblings, but we are estranged from them so I don't know who they are.
My condolences.

I don't know if I hate this state website or Silverlight right now. Ugh

Have fun. You and @MattSpeller are way more active than I am. Then again I'm slowly de-evolving into a chicken mcnugget.

My fiance` and I waiting for the train to Boston this past Thursday!

I dunno, I think I just practice a lot of poor judgement. I acquired a micro-tear in my left calf during the first week of March and have been slowly nursing that back to health. I wasn't able to run more than 2 miles until earlier this week. I should be good to do 25k right? Ignoring reason hasn't failed me before. Or at the very least it hasn't killed me yet.
Plus I have a can of Heady Topper waiting for me at camp.

Fully realize the scope of my pudginess. I tried to run the other day. I got to 3 mins 41 seconds until I had to stop. I'm basically dead already.

There's a trick to getting good at running. Run. Then run again. I didn't really make it a habit until I started doing it with a local group. Group runs are so much more enjoyable. I hate running alone. Anything more than 4 miles alone is torture.
Also this free app is pretty nifty: http://www.smashrun.com
And running from zombies while gathering supplies and fortifying your camp is kinda cool too: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sixtostart.zombies5k&hl=en

I'm going to start the Zombies! Run 5K training next week. Just need to load my phone up with music to use with it. I have access to two tracks that I can run on, indoors and out, so I shouldn't have any excuse.

For the love of Jeff go outside and run, on roads, or in the dirt. Running circles around tracks will suck out your soul. Unless you're soul-less, then by all means whirl yourself endlessly around the upper rings of hell and enjoy your torture.

Got to start somewhere. The roads around here aren't the friendliest for pedestrians and I don't, at the moment, have ready access to hiking trails or the like.
That being said I find running mind-numbingly boring. Even when I was doing a mile a morning around my small town it was a chore to turn my brain off.

Fair enough, some running is definitely better than no running. The zombie app definitely helps with keeping you engaged in what you're doing. I occasionally still use it with iheart radio app when I'm out and about. Most of the time here lately I just like to zone out, clear my mind, and try to forcefully deprive myself of oxygen though.

No, that is entirely too efficient.
