He ended up emailing me and explaining why he was having problems. He's a recent grad and not actually in IT but trying to get into security or networking fields. So this is not stuff that he is familiar with yet and he does not speak English primarily, so the combination is likely challenging.

Got Citrix Xenapp 7.8 working. Now to secure it and play with the receiver and adding desktop shortcuts etc.

I have actually had enough reading for a little while, I think... After reading a 17-book series, I need a break, lol.
Now instead of reading books, I am writing them.... but I can guarantee it won't be a 17 part series!

Kicked of the off site backup machine at my local site here, 18% complete after 2 hours. Not half bad for a 1.3TB image on slow spiny rust. While that works it's way through I'm gonna head to the computer repair store where I know they have a working floppy drive still. (For those too curious for your own good, the secretary found a bunch of old disks. Guess who gets to verify that they are either bad, or no longer have pertinent information. Owner says jump, I say "That's all I can jump anymore.")
