Norway it does Most of Europe is insanely moderate. Europeans complain about the weather but most have no idea what harsh weather is like. The eastern half of the US has the most brutal weather in the world. NY gets like 20 degrees hotter than the hottest city in Europe. The US goes through hotter highs and colder lows every year that most Europeans ever see of either.

Actually, Europe is the big loser in global warming. It's expected to freeze from it. It's the only large area that will get colder, a lot colder. Because it is expected to lose the ocean currents that keep it warm now.
