He very distinctly put upper and lower case letters (all were actually lower case), plus his 'q' looked like a 'g', the 'S' looked like a '5', etc. Had to go remove the modem from the wall to get the correct info from it. All sorted now, but jeez...
If not to much trouble,.. go photograph it. Get that and the MAC address.

Oh, I went and got all the codes and numbers off the device... except the MAC address (d'oh!). Oh yeah, check out this lovely speed test result...
