I don't consider The Grinch to be Christmas at all. It's horrible and depressing and not very holiday related at all. Rudolph only works because of nostalgia. If you didn't see it when you were little I imagine you'd not like it as an adult.

I've seen both of those already. I used to watch A Christmas Story every year on TBS during its 24-hour marathon of it years ago.
