Finally sitting at my desk. Now to dig through email... have to go all the way back to before spiceworld since I have yet to recover from that either.

At work now. My skype interview went REALLY well! I interviewed with the Director of Engineering and another senior IT guy. First guy was asking questions I just didn't have an answer to. Then the Director of Engineering got on and I felt it went really well. They are going to discuss me internally and I may be interviewing with people at their Addison office. 😄

Trying to explain to someone that Wifi Channels and interference is an issue still today, while he refuses to believe and says that's not an issue with G very much and not at all with N. It was apparently mainly an issue with B... FAIL!

There is a person who simply misunderstands how radio technology works.

The best way to learn is to get up there and start ripping. Then you have incentive to do a good job. 🙂

My guitar wireless kills all the wifi in the house when I use it. Of course, it has to be 2.4GHz. What a nuisance.

going up there blind wouldn't have been a good idea. rafters replaced, decking cut and the sheathing underneath has been cut. need an extra pair of hands to hold the plywood in place while i nail it. but yeah, this isn't too bad.

Time to move the house to 5Ghz.
