Testing Out Comodo One RMM and Helpdesk

Just put in my first REAL ticket. Instead of having to put in an attachment you can copy and paste a pdf/picture etc. and have it right in the body of the ticket.

Awesome, except that now I have to work on that ticket

Someone at the SpiceCorp of Chicagoland last night is a new user of Comodo RMM and likes it.
-
So far it seems pretty good. We still have a LOT of testing to do but it's working well.
-
What were you using before? and why are you leaving it?
-
We have been using hosted Spiceworks. It does so little and doesn't even work consistently. So we are looking for a new option. So far the RMM side of Comodo One seems really awesome too.
-
@Minion-Queen I've been seeing people comment on that recently. Login and access issues?
-
This will run along side your Screen Connect install, right?

Can't imagine that they would conflict. Do they do any of the same things?

Just making sure.

Any RMM should have a remote access method. Otherwise it is not a good RMM.
But my understanding of Comodo One is that it does some RPD type thing. Not looked into it personally.

@scottalanmiller and @gjacobse did you integrate with AD or just build a few uses into Comodo One?
-
We will be using it side by side. I know that there is patch management etc. in Comodo One but I have yet to really use it. SO CRAZY THIS WEEK!!

If I can ditch WSUS, I'll take it.

Well keep watching here and we will post more as we test it all out!

NTG isn't using AD currently, and I don't want to push it on any clients as of yet. More dev and testing is needed before I want to do so.
But, that would be the ideal goal to use AD.

Have not touched AD on it. We use Azure AD, which is not AD so the experience there wouldn't apply.

It'd be important for us to know what features you test that are part of the free package and what feature are ones that are paid.
-
Will do! @gjacobse will probably be posting here more than me. But we will let you know!

RMM and Helpdesk are in the free parts, that we know.
