Trying to change profile picture

I go to my profile and I see a change picture option, but it just says Gravitar and I cannot seem to change it, what am I missing?

It makes the site a lot busier than it would be if there was more of a delay in the posting cycle.

I loaded up a Gravitar on the site and used the same email address. Not showing.. eh.
