Wireless Headsets for Analog Phones

I happen to have a Jabra Pro Wireless Headset, been good to me thus far. Range is good, and the voice quality is too.

@WingCreative another +1 for plantronics. We had a few dozen of their more expensive units in use for almost a decade in a call center environment with hot desking where they'd be in use for hours on end. Very few broke but we kept a stash of replacement batteries around (cheap ebay junk ones) and replacement foam pieces (because hygiene is important folks.)
Edit: these ones - $$$ but worth it.
Edit2: the staff hated the single ear ones after a day and forced me to return them. Over the head is ugly, messes with your hair but is super duper comfy for an 8h shift.

Plantronics is good and you pay for quality. It's not like Cisco where you pay for a name. For most analog phones, you need an HL-10, which is the handset lifter if you want to use it. Otherwise, you need to find a phone compatible with an EHS, or electronic hook-switch.

I like the Savi line personally. Best headset for this kind of thing I've ever seen.

Just wondering, are your phones analog or digital? I'm assuming they are VOIP.
Yeah I've looked at wireless headsets too - and sure those bluetooth ones can be cheap, but you'll be replacing them in 6-9 months.. .there's a reason they are cheap.

I only look at Plantronics DECT stuff in an office environment because they simply last forever unless mistreated.

Plantronics is the only way to go, Batteries are the only pieces I've ever really had to replace on those.

We've also had really good luck with Jabra Pro stuff. Any of their lower lines I avoid like the plague, but the Pro stuff is great. As much as I like Plantronics, I would actually rate Jabra Pro higher than Plantronics for functionality and ease of use in an office environment.
