@wrcombs you can always turn them down. But unless they are asses, turn them down after getting an offer, not before.
Now Google, I'd never interview there. Totally shit place to work no matter what they try to portray in the interview.
But some company I don't know, like Arby's, heck, leave it up to them to make a good offer and convince you.
I did that with the big bank on Wall St. Didn't think that I had any interest, but in the interview they were such a great team and seemed like such a nice company that they talked me into it and boy am I glad that they did. It was a great experience for nearly a decade!

@travisdh1 I'm weird, actually no, i'm old school, i create a gold image on a device with all updates and apps etc, image it with macrium reflect, copy the image onto 4-6 usb hdds, and image the new devices that way.
I can usually image around 12 devices in 2 hours. Obviously I then need to go and individualise each device, but it works for me.
I do this coz I work at 9 different sites and can't always be gauranteed that I can even get bench space when working at these sites, this makes me pretty self sufficient.
I normally drop the image onto a network share somewhere and load all of them assembly line fashion, but yep.
My annoyance last night stemmed from sysprep requiring all "Microsoft Store" apps to be removed and the multiple trips between powershell and the error log to figure out what was still around that was blocking things.
Ohhhh, I understand and feel your pain.
I've been updating some HP management software on some servers and some backup software as well.
I log in post reboot to find, that Hyper-V manager doesn't display the VMs installed on the Host. The VMs are there and working, you just can't see them.
I've had this problem before once, it's a bugger of a thing to fix from memory.

Offer letter received. Will go from a total of five days off to
- 10 holiday days;
- 3 weeks as PTO; Sick /vacation;
- slightly more per hour.

Annoyed with the new company we're in the process of merging with. We were supposed to have our Microsoft 365 moved to their tenant yesterday. It's today, Sharepoint never got migrated and logins are still not working.
We have all our client documentation in sharepoint, so this is going to be a REALLY PRODUCTIVE day, lol.

3rd world would probably be nicer than a lot of the rural areas around here. Don't know about @Dashrender's part of the country.
