Looking for a Remote Web access: Remote Workspace replacement

Need to get a client off "Looking for a Remote Web access: Remote Workspace replacement" on Windows Small Business Server 2011.
They all use and love the way it allows access to the server file shares.
What is available as a replacement?

I've never used it with multi-user, so I can't really say, but as I understand it, you check out the files which let's others know someone else is using it.

@JasGot It does allow for two users or more to work on a Word Document, PowerPoint Presentation or Excel Worksheet at the same time. Also it will tell the user someone else is working on it.

You mean you want local only... that's cool, just not the sole requirement when it comes to M365

If you want Local then user remote web app for that. That will allow you to still use a file server and use a remote app.

They only use Local. I suppose if online was also supported, that would be fine.

I don't have a ton of experience with it - but what I do has overall been pretty good.
