Unlocked Iphone Purchase?

It's been years since I have purchased an iphone. When I last purchased one, I bought it from a highly recommended online retailer, and was very pleased.
I can't recall who that was.
Do any of you have a source you like for Iphone purchases?

I tend to buy from Apple, but that's once every few years.

Geez, how many do you need? If this is for corporate, I'm sure there are other options that don't have those limits.
