@hobbit666 At 50 pounds, it's cheaper to replace it than attempt to fix it.

That's what I told him lol, but be nice to have a spare if I can fix it lol.

How much is your time worth?

It's not hard to brick android devices when you flash them if you aren't familiar with the process. Even if you are familiar with the process, it is still a risk every single time you try to flash a custom OS.

@IRJ that's why I posted if I can find a quick solution i.e. and hour or two i'll fix it. If it's going to take most of the day it will go to the skip 🙂
Yeah that's one of the reason if I was buying it would spend the money on a branded one so others would of do it already and posed guides online lol 🙂

With common phone brands you could probably find some more information. Getting a random bricked chinese device to work is very difficult because they change models like underwear, and most people won't spend the time and resources to do custom fixes on them.

does fastboot.exe devices respond to the device if you attach to your computer via USB device.

and download Minimal ADB and Fastboot tools

And run adb.exe devices or fastboot.exe devices

does it discover any devices or shows null

That will be starting point. also note when its stuck in boot loop it will be hard to get it to recovery or fastboot mode cause the device is restarting instead of shutting down and then powering on, and some devices can only reach recovery from shutdown state only and not reboot state cause it skips the possibility of booting to recovery for faster startup, can you remove the battery of the device and then put it back in and try :

              Vol+ + Power
              Vol- + Power

              ALL BUTTONS + Power

I experienced quite a few reboot loops as an avid Android user. I've tried Safe Mode and everything works ok.

Wait for the manufacturer name to appear on the screen while it’s booting, then press and hold “Volume Down“. This should place the device into “Safe Mode”. If the device starts successfully in Safe Mode, you may have to uninstall problematic apps or undo a setting that may have caused the issue.

To be honest i'm not sure how i fixed this one.

I think i used the Minimal ADB and Fastboot tools for this tablet and flashed the latest firmware

What make and model tablet have you got? Have a look online to see how to get into Safe Mode.
