Why http images on mangolassi?
-
Why are there images served over http on mangolassi.it?

 -
Been like this for a while, images in question:

 -
Mostly because people type http instead of https and they aren't hosted by ML so there isn't much that can be done.
 -
Images are mostly linked to outside sources. So if they don't use https, we can't use it.

So many images are just linked from other websites. How would ML encrypt the connection to those other websites images?

I didn't really look, but it probably just converts it to https from http.... like rewrites it. But again, I didn't look at how it works.

There are relatively few images on ML. The images that @StuartJordan showed are the ones that are http. They are profile images hosted on rackcdn.

Profile or topic icons? The topic icons @scottalanmiller has been told to fix before.
