What Are You Doing Right Now
-
Good morning, working on some Python stuff today and helping @dominica with the packing. We can go into the attic again now that the stairs are fixed and retrieve stuff that we need. I am traveling the next two days and then we have to start our holiday travels so we are super busy.
-
In the US, today is 12-13-14. Of course, in the rest of the world, it is only 13-12-14, so not so exciting.
-
Where is everyone today?
-
Buying a bit of stuff on the Gog and Origin sales today.
-
I see that NTG's LinkSprinters are being used like crazy today. Tons of notifications coming in from those. They are some awesome equipment.
-
Working on learning how to use SQLAlchemy.
-
Fire trucks just came through out neighbourhood. No idea what is going on but there must be a fire within a few hundred yards.
-
Oh, it was the fireman's Santa Claus parade. Santa came do the door and took a picture with the girls.
-
I'm going to grind some coffee beans soon.
Is there an intravenous method for coffee delivery yet?
-
Not that I've found
-
Got Dragon Age II for @dominica who is now playing it. Her laptop has a 4K screen so she is getting some serious resolution on that game!
-
Nice. I got Dragon Age when EA had it for free. Yet to play it...

Yeah! But it looks like you are wrapping up finally.

Been doing more PowerShell today than I have done in a very long time, which still isn't much. Quite a bit of Python today, though. Have a script running populating a database with system stats. Pretty nifty.
