      Hi Guys
      I have started to have a weird DNS issue with a remote server.
      Short story, we have 3servers (Domain Controller, FileServer and App Server - They have an internal 10.0.10.0/24 range). The App server publishes Excel as a remote app.

      We have CradlePoint installed on all servers (which gives the servers a 172.86.160.0/24 range). And more recent then not, a lot of the time users are either unable to connect to the Remote Excel or otherwise fail to access shares on the FileServer.....We reboot the CradlePoint services and then things tend to work.....I noticed on the eventviewer, the following error:

      The system failed to register host (A or AAAA) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
      with settings:

             Adapter Name : {4410502A-8F65-42DA-8A47-A905A8902F1D}
             Host Name : FS01
             Primary Domain Suffix : hq.DOMAINNAME.local
             DNS server list :
               	172.86.160.4
             Sent update to server : <?>
             IP Address(es) :
               172.86.160.6

      The reason the system could not register these RRs was because the update request it sent to the DNS server timed out. The most likely cause of this is that the DNS server authoritative for the name it was attempting to register or update is not running at this time.

      You can manually retry DNS registration of the network adapter and its settings by typing 'ipconfig /registerdns' at the command prompt. If problems still persist, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator.

      I dont want to keep restarting services or running register commands....Is there anything i can check to keep this more stable?
