@RojoLoco Nice. I fumble around because I don't know what I'm doing so it takes me a lot longer to get anything edible like that together.

@jmoore here's my basic recipe for quick miso broth:
4 C H2O
1-2 packets dashi granules
3-4 Tbsp miso (any color)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
2-3 green onions, choppedBring water and dashi to a boil, lower to simmer and whisk in miso, add garlic/ginger/green onions, add in tofu or other protein if using, simmer 5 minutes, serve.

Made a healthy dinner last night... red miso/dashi broth with kale, green onions, and shrimp, served over some udon noodles.
This is a common meal at my house.

My niece got introduced to In and Out this weekend and it is all she eats now.

It's new here and most people have told me it doesn't stack up to the locals. BUT, I don't eat meat so only know what people tell me.

its definitely a different style for sure, but it's always fresh to order. ( I worked there for a second)
