most of them are from way back in the day and haven't paid for the upgrade to a current version of Windows ( they'd have to buy a new system from us basically.)

It's actually really good.
Still, if I wanted to mix food with my drink I'd make a smoothie... not drop a raw egg in my coffee. One can argue milk and cereal, but I don't like that either. What I do like, is a good Muesli or Granola with Almond Milk. But, I don't consider Almond Milk a "drink".

You make it sound like it's been so slow that you ordered a recliner and a book, and time for them to get delivered, set up, and do some reading while waiting for something to happen.
