      Chromebook Tab 10

My initial concern with the ChromeOS line is that there are going to be some specific applications that I will want to run. Naming DroidPSK and 817 Companion - Ham Radio programs.

@gjacobse I have good luck with Huawei. They get a lot of bad press recently after trying to move into the US. However I have never had an issue and they have worked flawlessly. Good screens. Made real well too. I have a Mate 9 for work and a mate 10 for home. I bought the mate 9 3 or so years ago and the mate 10 about 6 months ago. They are both very fast. The Mate 9 has 4 gb ram and the Mate 10 has 6gb ram. I am a big fan of them now. I had constant issues with Samsung for 3 different phones. I'll never go back.

All of their bad press was hype, I think. Getting attacked for being Chinese because they didn't have the money to buy the marketing to make people look past that like Lenovo did.

How is that an issue? It runs anything Android can run. So if those don't work on Android, why do you want an Android device?

It's not an issue if the ChromeOS will run them. I don't have the bases of ChromeOS, but did look at the CB Tab10, and it should work fine... so - I am open to it as an option.

ChromeOS is the new official way to run Android apps on a tablet today.

I'm a big fan of my Asus tablet but id be looking at a chrome tablet if I were buying new.

If your looking to save money the new Amazon fire tablets are actually pretty decent for their price.

I can't wait till Asus makes a ChromeOS tablet!

New ones with OP1 processor all take the Google Play Store.
