account has been locked again (no I haven't posted over there in a long time or PM'd anyone either).The issue we have a client that uses their helpdesk system and now can't get into it..... ideas (can I just create another account or will they ding me cause same IP address as my old one?).

and now because your account is locked, THEY can't get into their helpdesk?Nope, they are fine. I can't get in to it to look at tickets assigned to me or my team Gene can get in at least.
